At HairSweden, we’re committed to delivering your hair care products quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Norway and EU countries. For other international destinations, please contact us at support@hairswedenstore.com before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time (Norway): 2–5 business days

  • Delivery Time (EU): 5–10 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

  • Norway: Free shipping on orders over 500 NOK

  • EU: Flat shipping rate based on your location – calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your package is on its way.

Delays & Exceptions
